Not only did the staff go above and beyond to cater to my needs, but they also displayed genuine care and attention to detail. One standout experience was when Felix at the reception personally assisted me in organizing my sightseeing trips, offering valuable recommendations that truly enriched my visit to Hanoi. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and accommodating attitude of the lady at the reception, who even helped arrange transportation to a hospital when needed, showcasing a level of kindness that was truly heartwarming. the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms exceeded my expectations, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay throughout. Cocon Old Quarter truly stands out as a gem in the heart of Hanoi, offering not just a place to rest, but a warm and welcoming environment that enhances the overall travel experience.
